Crowdfunded Pitch Night

Artists! entrepreneurs! Community leaders! Launch your business or project and help others follow their dreams. The community comes out for an adrenaline filled night of innovative ideas with a crowdfunded prize

The 5th Annual Crowdfunded Pitch Night is hosted with the i.Lab at UVA. Ten local entrepreneurs, artists, and nonprofits pitch to a live audience willing to pledge funds for their favorite contestant. It’s a three minute chance to share your vision with the community and inspire the crowd to action!

The winner can take the crowdfunded prize or a spot in the i.Lab at UVA accelerator program (which includes a $5,000 expense budget provided by the Batten Institute at UVA’s Darden School of Business). The Community Investment Collaborative will invite one runner-up to join their 2016 class.
