A discussion on how gender and diversity affect business decision-making, strategy, and progress with keynotes Sukhinder Singh Cassidy and Becca McCharen.

Sukhinder is a leading technology executive and entrepreneur. She is currently founder and CEO of JOYUS, the leading online video entertainment network dedicated to shopping. Prior to founding JOYUS in 2011, Cassidy was president of Asia Pacific and Latin America at Google, where she was responsible for all of Google’s sales operations in 18 countries. Cassidy has received a number of honors including being named one of Forbes “Power Women” in 2014. Cassidy is also founder of #choosepossibility and theBoardlist, launched in July 2015 and aimed at accelerating business performance globally through gender diversity.

Becca, Virginia native and UVA alum, is the CEO and founder of architectural fashion label Chromat. The brand was recognized as a finalist in the 2015 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, and Becca is featured in the television series “The Fashion Fund.” Chromat has been worn by strong, bold women all over the world including Beyoncé, Madonna, FKA Twigs, Tyra Banks, Elle Goulding, Taylor Swift, Ronda Rousey,Azealia Banks, and Nicki Minaj.
